Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone channels with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and guide them through solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Identify and suggest potential improvements to customer service processes and tools.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines.
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills
