Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues, following established guidelines.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to better assist customers with various queries.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify trends and improve overall customer service processes.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding customer data privacy and security.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and productive remote work environment, upholding team values.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional tone.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple chat and call interactions simultaneously, maintaining high quality.
