Job Description

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent (CSR), you will be the vital link between Career.zycto and our valued clientele. Operating from the comfort of your home, you will engage with customers through both live chat and inbound calls, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role isn’t just about answering questions; it’s about building rapport, understanding unique needs, and consistently exceeding expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, going the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for common product/service issues.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support software
  • Prior experience in a remote customer service role
  • Ability to speak multiple Nigerian languages is a plus
