Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat and phone calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on product updates and company policies to ensure accurate information delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role (remote experience preferred).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working remotely.
