Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client products, services, and company policies.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and proactively address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and various communication tools.
