Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product-related questions, and service complaints efficiently and accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during all customer interactions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
