Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and phone, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer engagements.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues according to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience processes.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

  • Post-secondary education (OND, HND, Bachelor's degree) in any field.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) is a plus.
