Job Description

Career.zycto is expanding our dedicated Customer Experience team and is on the lookout for an exceptional Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle both chat and call interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring seamless handover and follow-up.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and best practices.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and escalate trends in customer feedback to management for continuous service improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through self-study and provided training.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels (chat, email, phone) simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital products or online services.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends, if required.
