Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a positive and empathetic experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with service standards.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute feedback to management.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining call quality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently (minimum 45 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a remote customer service role (chat and/or calls).

- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support platforms.
