Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide product information, and guide customers through solutions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and follow-up.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to actively listen, empathize, and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and web-based applications.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, managing chat conversations while speaking with customers.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a remote customer service environment.
  • Previous experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with technical support processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience is a plus.
