Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ranging from product support to service activation and billing.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and work towards effective resolutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and prevent future issues.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to better assist customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
