Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Analytics Assistant to join our growing team in Verdun, Montreal. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize customer data from various sources (e.g., surveys, web analytics, CRM, social media).
- Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports to visualize key customer experience metrics and trends.
- Conduct initial analysis of customer feedback and behavioral data to identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities.
- Support senior analysts in preparing comprehensive presentations and strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Monitor and track customer experience KPIs, proactively flagging anomalies and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) to create impactful reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work both independently on tasks and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts and their application in data analysis.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication within our diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
