Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a highly enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Assistant to join our vibrant team in Surulere, Lagos. This is a critical full-time role designed for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client and candidate interaction is positive and productive. As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our users, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient support across various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Your primary goal will be to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through our innovative recruitment platform with clarity and patience. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, building trust, and contributing to Career.zycto’s reputation as a leader in HR technology. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide clear, concise information and guidance on Career.zycto's services and platform features.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to account access, application processes, and platform navigation.
- Accurately document all interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product and development teams to foster continuous improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the customer experience department.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless resolution process for users.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of empathy, patience, and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience (6-12 months) in a customer-facing role, call center, or support position.
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry or HR technology platforms.
- Ability to speak additional local Nigerian languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) is a plus.
