Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps with clear and concise instructions.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and sales, to advocate for customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with Career.zycto's product offerings, services, and company policies to ensure consistent and knowledgeable support.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of self-help resources, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment.
