Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues across various digital channels (email, chat, phone, social media) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively engage with candidates and clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and enhance their overall experience with Career.zycto.
  • Resolve customer complaints and grievances efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer journey from initial contact to placement.
  • Develop and update FAQs, knowledge base articles, and standardized responses to improve self-service options and team efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry best practices and company services.
  • Contribute to a positive remote team culture, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and build strong rapport remotely.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • High level of patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
