Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ranging from technical difficulties to service-related questions, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Educate customers on Career.zycto's platform features, services, and best practices to maximize their success.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to escalate complex issues and provide customer insights for service improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to the development of self-service resources (FAQs, knowledge base articles).
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to better assist customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in a tech or HR services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proven ability to actively listen, empathize, and quickly understand customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
