Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Proactively identify client needs and pain points, providing solutions and escalating complex issues to relevant internal teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical support teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
- Educate clients on new product features, updates, and best practices to maximize their value from Career.zycto's solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross-selling relevant services and products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities within the CRM system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer relations processes and strategies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships remotely.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for active listening and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
