Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement.

- Educate customers on product/service features, benefits, and best practices.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including satisfaction scores and resolution times.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and knowledge base.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer relationship role (minimum 1 year).
