Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, actively building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
  • Proactively engage with clients to deeply understand their evolving needs, gather insightful feedback, and identify strategic opportunities for service and product enhancement.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, effectively, and with high satisfaction via email, chat, and video conferencing tools.
  • Educate clients comprehensively on product features, best practices, and new offerings to maximize their value realization and adoption.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support, to ensure a cohesive and outstanding customer experience.
