As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts from the comfort of your home office, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and engagement. You will leverage your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to anticipate client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and foster long-term partnerships that drive mutual success. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients and candidates within the remote division.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information regarding services and processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including recruitment specialists and operations, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and service enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client relationship management role (minimum 2 years).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other virtual communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, self-supervised environment.
  • A high degree of empathy and professionalism in all client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience within the recruitment, HR consulting, or staffing industry.
  • Proficiency in Arabic or other additional languages relevant to the UAE market.
  • A track record of exceeding client retention or satisfaction targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.
