Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs, ensuring Career.zycto's solutions align with their strategic goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention, satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling new services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and support teams to advocate for client needs and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with clients, presenting data-driven insights and demonstrating the value derived from Career.zycto's offerings.
- Monitor client health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies to mitigate churn and improve overall client loyalty.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and persuasive communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic account planning, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical skills to interpret client data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic hybrid work environment.
