Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through various remote communication channels (email, chat, video calls, social media).
- Onboard new customers remotely, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, providing timely and effective remote support and resolution.
