Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Partner to join our growing remote team. As a Customer Relationship Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our valued clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within Career.zycto. Your mission will be to deeply understand their evolving needs, proactively address any concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our solutions.

In this remote role, you will leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain high levels of client engagement. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through our services, and ensuring a seamless transition. Beyond initial setup, you’ll conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic consultations to ensure clients are maximizing the value they receive. This isn’t just about problem-solving; it’s about anticipating challenges, offering solutions before they become issues, and identifying potential areas for growth and deeper partnership.

You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure client feedback is integrated into our offerings and that any complex issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic check-ins.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and pain points to align them with Career.zycto's solutions.
  • Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth and successful start to their journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve client issues and relay feedback.
  • Monitor client health, engagement, and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive steps to ensure success.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and increased client value.
  • Educate clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Document all client interactions, activities, and communication within the CRM system.
  • Contribute to client retention and churn reduction strategies.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations roles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
