Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Relationship Partner to join our growing remote team based out of Cardiff, Wales. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and internal advocate. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, technical support) to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Monitor client health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies for retention and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, escalating leads to the sales team where appropriate.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to product and development teams to inform future enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for customer relationship management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
  • High degree of empathy and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic, comfortable working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly Welsh, are a plus.
  • Experience working with a diverse client base across different industries.
