Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, appointments, and general queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly tone.
- Proven ability to actively listen, empathise, and build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the automotive or retail industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
