Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships of trust.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product and service information, changes, and new offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
