Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer support and service excellence via inbound phone calls, emails, and online chat.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and maintain detailed, up-to-date records within CRM systems.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure full resolution.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments for further investigation.
- Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently and accurately as required by company guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of product, service, and procedural knowledge to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally 1-2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to handling customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a contact centre or call centre environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software or systems relevant to our services.
- Additional language skills are highly advantageous.
- Relevant customer service certifications or qualifications.
