Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact at the branch.
- Assist clients with routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Open new accounts and process account maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
- Identify client needs and proactively recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Educate clients on digital banking platforms and self-service options.
- Adhere strictly to all banking procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding client information.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's service standards.
