Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling/visiting.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Process new service activations, upgrades, and modifications to existing accounts.
- Educate customers on Vodacom products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for mobile devices and network connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments for further investigation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
