Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and video conferencing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide comprehensive support to candidates and clients regarding application processes, platform navigation, and general inquiries.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and knowledge base through feedback and suggestions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and common digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs.
