Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and complete information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records by documenting all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills
