Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program designed to develop foundational customer service skills and banking knowledge.
- Learn to effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding bank products, services, and policies.
- Shadow experienced customer service representatives to understand best practices in customer interaction and problem resolution.
- Assist with various customer service tasks, including account opening procedures, transaction processing, and complaint handling under supervision.
- Develop proficiency in using banking software and internal communication tools to support customer operations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers in person and through other channels.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution in a timely manner.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and security.
