Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively and enthusiastically in all assigned training sessions and workshops to rapidly acquire comprehensive knowledge of Vodacom products, services, and customer service protocols.
- Shadow experienced Customer Service Representatives to observe and learn best practices in handling various customer inquiries and effectively resolving issues.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about services, tariffs, promotions, and M-Pesa operations, under direct supervision.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot common service problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions with patience and clarity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to senior representatives or team leaders promptly and with all necessary documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with service standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute actively to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing insights, offering support to colleagues, and working towards common goals.
- Provide constructive feedback on training effectiveness and suggest practical improvements to enhance the learning and development process.
