Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for remote channel clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively monitor client engagement and usage patterns to identify potential churn risks and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and training for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support) to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to the creation of self-help resources, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for remote clients.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with our offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer success strategies and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote context.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
