Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for remote customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions via email, chat, and video calls.
- Proactively monitor customer accounts for potential issues or churn risks and implement retention strategies.
- Assist with customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and ongoing training to ensure successful adoption.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams to inform continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the creation of self-service resources, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for customers.
