Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our services.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, technical support) to advocate for client needs and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
  • Educate clients on new features, best practices, and resources available to maximize their success.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer success resources, such as FAQs, tutorials, and help articles.
  • Monitor client health and usage patterns to anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
