Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of assigned clients, managing their overall success and satisfaction.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to client retention and success, escalating issues to internal teams when necessary.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or HR technology environment.
