Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, ensuring alignment with our solutions.
- Conduct remote onboarding sessions, training, and ongoing support to help clients maximize product adoption and value.
- Monitor client health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and effective resolutions through remote channels.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with product development and sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Career.zycto’s products and services.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to expand client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- High degree of empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
