Are you a seasoned customer advocate with a knack for building lasting relationships and driving product adoption, all from the comfort of your home office? Career.zycto is actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Success Executive to join our fully remote team, based out of the vibrant West End, Atlanta area. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of our most valued clients. Your days will be a blend of proactive engagement, strategic planning, and hands-on problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans that align with client objectives and drive product adoption.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and showcase value.
  • Proactively identify potential risks to client satisfaction and retention, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to expand Career.zycto's footprint.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through new features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to relevant internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of customer success processes and best practices within Career.zycto.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to client success.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of business operations and client objectives.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning in the SaaS space.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with SaaS products or technology solutions.
  • Certifications in Customer Success methodologies (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or technology company.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, could be a significant advantage.
