Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
- Native-level fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach to client needs.
