Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and client-centric Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Kassel. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our valued clients, guiding them through their journey with our cutting-edge products and services. Your day-to-day will involve onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews, providing product education and best practices, and acting as an internal advocate for client needs. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, developing strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Onboard new clients, providing comprehensive training and support to facilitate successful product adoption and integration.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, identifying how our solutions can provide maximum value.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and health assessments to monitor client progress and address any issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback, collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with the sales team to expand client accounts.
  • Monitor client usage and key performance indicators, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize their experience.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate product enhancement requests to the product development team.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and German.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding business needs and delivering solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • A track record of exceeding client retention and satisfaction targets.
