Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance.
- Monitor client health, identify potential churn risks, and implement strategies to retain and re-engage clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction, usage patterns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and technical support teams to advocate for client needs and ensure resolution of complex issues.

Required Skills
