Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of assigned customers.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid adoption of our platform.
- Proactively monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement retention strategies.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer needs and present product updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Educate customers on new features and functionalities, ensuring they leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account health within our CRM system.
- Develop and deliver training sessions or webinars to help customers optimize their use of the platform.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and drive customer satisfaction in a remote setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
