Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our products/services.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client health, identify pain points, and provide proactive solutions.
- Act as a client advocate, relaying feedback and insights to internal product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with the sales team when appropriate.
- Monitor client usage and health metrics, intervening when necessary to prevent churn.
- Provide training and resources to clients, empowering them to leverage our solutions to their fullest potential.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
