Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Onboard new clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
- Proactively monitor client health, usage patterns, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to ensure client satisfaction and optimal product adoption.
- Collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities and support renewal processes.
- Act as an internal advocate for clients, communicating feedback and insights to product, development, and support teams.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Develop and share best practices to help clients maximize their investment in our SaaS platform.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
