Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Career.zycto's remote collaboration tools.
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and provide ongoing training to maximize client adoption and proficiency.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement tailored success plans that align Career.zycto solutions with client objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feature requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical support teams to advocate for client needs.
- Monitor client health metrics, usage patterns, and feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and webinars to educate clients on new features and best practices for remote work.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
- Identify and nurture opportunities for account expansion and renewal.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a remote or SaaS environment.
- Exceptional virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of remote collaboration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
