Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Guide users through platform features, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and assist with account management and job application processes.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and track trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering) to escalate complex issues and provide user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Career.zycto's services, policies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of self-help resources, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, consistently aiming to exceed user expectations.
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse global audiences and cultural nuances.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
