Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and courteously, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Career.zycto's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to company policy.
- Assist in developing and updating customer service resources and FAQs.
