Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product-related questions, and service challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and follow-up.
  • Provide comprehensive information about company products and services, guiding customers through features and benefits.
  • Proactively identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and prevent potential issues.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Assist in developing FAQs and support documentation to empower customers with self-service options.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic or another additional language.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar customer support platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service KPIs.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer expectations in the UAE.
