Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers primarily through phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product inquiries, and service-related concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented service.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes by providing feedback on common customer issues and trends.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
